Our range of Drum Driven Direct Warping Machine T 500 (Item Code: T-500) are well known amidst the clients for sturdy, compact, modular and ergonomical design. Besides, these machines are safe enough to be used by electricians, operators and mechanics. The side walls and cross members of M.S frames are designed in such a manner that these can take heavy loads and offer vibration free operations. The framing of the machine is mounted on a separate M.S plate which ensure no extra cost for foundation. Further, the electrical panel, motor enclosed in these machines are covered to allow dust free operations.
The M.S drum of 8 mm thick plate is perfectly grounded, polished and dynamically balanced. Besides, the sturdy bearings provides smooth and vibration free working. Further, the varied drum widths offered by our machines are 1350 mm (54"), 1500 mm (60"), 1800 mm (72"), 2000 mm (80") or 2100 mm (84").
