Description
Decatizing Needled Felts are used on Continuous Decatizing Machines. The Endless Needled Felt is used in dimensional stability of the Woolen fabrics. Made by blending our special hydrolysis resistant polyester fibers with acrylic, wool and Heat resistant fibers. The thickness will be 7 mm to 12 mm as per requirement of the customer. Silicon coating thickness can be 3 mm to 5 mm.
Applications : Contipress, Superfinish, Crabbing, Mini Crabbing, Conti Decatizing, Vulocrab, Formula, etc.
Endless Needled Felts are used on the following machines : Biella Shrunk, Hemmer, Sperottorimar, Ketting and Braum, Bisio, M-Tec, Dhall etc.
Applications : Contipress, Superfinish, Crabbing, Mini Crabbing, Conti Decatizing, Vulocrab, Formula, etc.
