Description
We are proficient in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Ring Plunger Set which is fabricated from nitro alloy (EN-41B) material. These products are designed to be tough in raw condition that is 'S' or 'T' condition up to 30/32 RC which gives stiffness to the component. The dimensions of outer layer and keep 0.5mm on core diameter and 1 mm on dia after machining as per the requirement. After that, we do the grind the nitride get hard exterior up to 64/66 RC by gas nitriding method.
