Traceable Kangaroo™ Thermometer carries the 42" probe-cable in a reel-compartmentpouch in the back of the unit. Perfect carry around thermometer fits in a shirtpocket, or use the built-in stand with a bench footprint of only 114 square millimeters.Intuitive, never-read-the-instructions operation allows every user to record identicalresults. Range is -58.0 to 572°F and -50.0 to 300°C with a resolution of 0.1°(between -19.9 to 199.9) otherwise 1° and an accuracy of ±1°C (between -30 and250°C) otherwise ±2°C.Unit automatically captures and recalls minimum and maximum temperature readingsover any time period. High and low alarm may be programmed in 1° increments.Alarm sounds every minute until temperature returns to non-alarm condition. Holdbutton freezes the display to record a current reading.To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is providedfrom an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA (A2LA, UKAS, andNABL calibration certificates are all mutually recognised). It indicates traceability tostandards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).Stainless-steel probe for use in most laboratory chemicals has a diameter of 3.5 mmand a length of 191 mm. Supplied silver-oxide battery runs continuously for 1 year.Large 19 mm-digits are readable from 6 m. Compact size is 64 x 121 x 12.7 mm andweight is 78g.
